All products sold are digital goods, including but not limited to:
FiveM anticheat systems (including source code)
Discord bots
Other software or related services
Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered, it is considered fully fulfilled. No technical support is guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
All products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Auth-Solutions.
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, distributing, publishing, disclosing, or leaking the products in any form, whether partially or in full, including source code, binaries, documentation, or any related content.
You may not use our products to create derivative works intended for resale or public distribution.
Any violation of these obligations will result in the immediate revocation of access, loss of all rights of use, and may lead to civil and criminal legal action, including claims for damages.
Refunds are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase and only if the product has not been downloaded or used.
After this period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including incompatibility, third-party platform changes, or loss of interest.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to waive any right of withdrawal for digital goods delivered immediately.
Our software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or future compatibility with third-party platforms.
We accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of our products complies with third-party terms of service (e.g., FiveM, Discord) and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to:
Revoke access to our products at any time in the event of a violation of these TOS.
Suspend or discontinue the sale of products at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. The updated version will be published on our website or sent via email. By continuing to use the products, you agree to any such modifications.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
